Enhanced Wellness NM operates enhancedwellnessnm.com. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us through a website form, sign up for email updates, or use our online booking link.
This website notice does not replace the privacy information and consent documents that apply to your medical care or participation in a research study. Contact our office with questions about your clinical records.
Contact and appointment requests
Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, message, and permission for our team to contact you by phone or email about your request. We use this information to respond and help arrange an appointment.
Requests are stored in our website system and sent to the clinic’s email inbox for follow-up. Submitting this form requests contact from our team; it does not confirm an appointment or enroll you in marketing texts.
Please do not include medical records, test results, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive medical information in a general website message. Call us at (505) 323-8100 for help choosing the appropriate way to share that information. These forms are not monitored for emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Online booking and study consultations
Our online booking page uses OptiMantra. Information you enter in that scheduler is processed through OptiMantra for appointment scheduling with Enhanced Wellness. The study consultation link on our IRB page leads to the same online booking page.
Review the information and choices shown by the scheduler before completing your booking. For information about your clinical records and patient portal, contact our office. OptiMantra’s public website policy does not replace the clinic’s privacy responsibilities for clinical information.
Email updates
Our newsletter form collects your email address and your permission to receive email updates from Enhanced Wellness NM. Signups are stored in our website system. We use email delivery and marketing service providers to send newsletters and updates to subscribers. You can ask us to stop sending marketing emails by contacting [email protected] or calling (505) 323-8100.
The newsletter checkbox is for email updates. It is separate from permission to receive text messages.
Text messages
We use text-messaging service providers to send appointment reminders and marketing messages. If you choose to receive text messages from Enhanced Wellness NM, we use your phone number and consent information to send the types of messages you agreed to receive. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You can opt out by replying STOP. You can also contact our office at (505) 323-8100 for help. Permission to receive a phone call or email in response to a website request is separate from consent to marketing text messages.
Website technology and outside services
Our website includes Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and interactions, such as clicks on booking and contact buttons. These tools can collect technical information about your browser and device, the pages you visit, and how you interact with the website. Cookies and similar technologies can be used for these functions.
We also use Google Maps to display our location and a UserWay accessibility widget. When these services load, your browser connects to their providers. Their handling of information is described in Google’s privacy policy and UserWay’s privacy policy.

The providers we use may change over time. Clicking an external social-media or financing link takes you to another provider’s service, where that provider’s notices also apply.

We retain information according to its purpose, the type of record, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Website inquiries, newsletter records, email, and clinical records can have different retention periods.
